Gala Dinner at the Pool Side
Saturday, January 20, 2006, just one day prior to the opening of the Arab
Health Exhibition 2006 in Dubai, SAT took the oportunity together with its
local partner, the Al Barakat Int'l. United Hearing Care, to launch the
new innovative product families ACURIS, ARTIS and CIELO in the UAE market.
The product benefits and audiological aspects of the families were presented
by Dr. Werner Hohn and Mr. Hans-Werner Roesler.

The event was visited by ENT-Audiologists and Journalists from thoughout the Emirates of Dubai,
Sharjah Ajman and other regions. The positve response towards Siemens innovations
and the lecture "Audible benefits of modern hearing systems" by Dr. Hohn was also
heavily covered by print media in the UAE. During a gala dinner in the evening
the audience had time to discuss the latest news in audiology at the Hotel's
pool side in a warm and open athmospere.

On Monday, January 22, at UAE Red Crescent in Abu Dhabi, Al Barakat Group
and Siemens Audiology sponsored digital hearing instruments for
hearing impaired children in the United Arab Emirates.
