Siemens launches a new open solution in Munich - Acuris Life.

Siemens key customers from over 15 countries gathered from April 20th to 22nd near Munich to learn more about Acuris Life, the new open fitting solution from Siemens.

Marc Hofmann, Marketing Manager, claims, "Acuris Life, is so comfortable that users simply tend to forget that they wear it. Together with its knock-out hearing performance there is a major opportunity to access the huge group of unaided people with mild to moderate hearing losses – and help them."

"Open fitting" was also discussed from an audiological point of view. Dr. Werner Hohn, Manager Audiology and Training, provided additional insights by focussing on when to use open solutions and how to fit them for an optimal benefit of the patient.

After the information part the international community had to proof their skills in "Bavarian Olympic". In a traditional brewery the participants showed their Olympic spirit in disciplines like beer-mug-lifting or log-sawing and of course testing-the-formidable-beer. "I had quite a few inquiries from customers who planned to move to Bavaria", Bernadette Niermann, who organized the event, stated with a smile.
